Farm Shop and Food Retail Re-energised.....

On Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th October, over one hundred delegates converged for the first eastern region farm and food retailing conference which took place at The Belstead Brook Hotel in Ipswich. The conference was a great success. Working with Tastes of Anglia with support from Landskills East, conference organiser Judy Randon said “The great range of subjects delivered by the speakers had truly inspired delegates to go back to their businesses and implement some of the techniques learnt straightaway. This together with the farm shop tours from the first day had given the delegates a fantastic opportunity to talk openly with other independent food businesses, share ideas and identify best practice.”
